Cooking Time:
Prep: minimal, Cook: 3-4 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- ⅓ cup milk
- ½ tsp dried or fresh chopped rosemary
- 1 tbsp butter or margarine
Instructions:
- Mix the eggs and milk in a small bowl.
- Add the rosemary to taste, ½ teaspoon seems to work just fine.
- Melt a little bit of butter or margarine in a small frying pan on medium heat.
- Once the frying pan is completely greased pour in the egg mixture and continuously stir it around so it doesnt stick to the pan.
- Serve, eat and enjoy.
For some added flavor, season with salt and pepper to taste or add a drop of tabasco sauce. Or, saute any ingredients you normally would enjoy in an omellete, add the eggs to it and increase the amount of eggs by 1.
