Cooking Time:

Prep: minimal, Cook: 3-4 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • ½ tsp dried or fresh chopped rosemary
  • 1 tbsp butter or margarine

Instructions:

  • Mix the eggs and milk in a small bowl.
  • Add the rosemary to taste, ½ teaspoon seems to work just fine.
  • Melt a little bit of butter or margarine in a small frying pan on medium heat.
  • Once the frying pan is completely greased pour in the egg mixture and continuously stir it around so it doesnt stick to the pan.
  • Serve, eat and enjoy.

For some added flavor, season with salt and pepper to taste or add a drop of tabasco sauce. Or, saute any ingredients you normally would enjoy in an omellete, add the eggs to it and increase the amount of eggs by 1.
