Focaccia Bread


Recipe assumes you have a bread machine.

Cooking Time:

Prep: 20-30 minutes, Cook: 65 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups Bread Flour
  • ¾ cup warm Water
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 ½ teaspoons Sugar
  • ¾ teaspoons Salt
  • 2 teaspoons Yeast
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
  • ½ cup Parmesan, grated
  • Kosher salt

Instructions:

  • Add the first six ingredients to your bread machine and run the Dough Program. When completed, spread the dough out in a well-greased 13x9 pan. 
  • Cover and allow to rise in a warm place for 45 minutes. 
  • Meanwhile, heat the ¼ cup olive oil. Remove from the heat and add rosemary and garlic. Allow to steep. 
  • Create dimples in the dough with your fingers and brush with the oil. Sprinkle on the parmesan and salt lightly. 
  • Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until lightly brown.
