Focaccia Bread
Recipe assumes you have a bread machine.

Prep: 20-30 minutes, Cook: 65 minutes
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Bread Flour
- ¾ cup warm Water
- 1 ½ tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 ½ teaspoons Sugar
- ¾ teaspoons Salt
- 2 teaspoons Yeast
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary
- 1 teaspoon Garlic, minced
- ½ cup Parmesan, grated
- Kosher salt
Instructions:
- Add the first six ingredients to your bread machine and run the Dough Program. When completed, spread the dough out in a well-greased 13x9 pan.
- Cover and allow to rise in a warm place for 45 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat the ¼ cup olive oil. Remove from the heat and add rosemary and garlic. Allow to steep.
- Create dimples in the dough with your fingers and brush with the oil. Sprinkle on the parmesan and salt lightly.
- Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until lightly brown.
