Grilled Salmon with Lemon and Herb Butter

Cooking Time:

Prep: 35 minutes, Cook: 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 12 ounces Salmon filets
  • 3 tbsp Butter, softened
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • ½ tsp Lemon zest (grated peel)
  • 1 tsp Chives, fresh, chopped
  • 1 tsp Parsley, fresh, chopped

Instructions:

  • Place the butter, lemon juice, zest, and herbs in a food processor. Pulse until just blended. Place in parchment paper or plastic wrap. Roll into a cylinder. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  • Cut the salmon into two portions and grill or Bake salmon at 350° for about 20 minutes, check for some flakiness and firmness to determine if it's done.
  • Cut the butter into ¼-inch circles.
  • Place the salmon on plates and immediately top with the butter circles. Serve immediately.
