Grilled Salmon with Lemon and Herb Butter

Ingredients:
- 12 ounces Salmon filets
- 3 tbsp Butter, softened
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- ½ tsp Lemon zest (grated peel)
- 1 tsp Chives, fresh, chopped
- 1 tsp Parsley, fresh, chopped
Instructions:
- Place the butter, lemon juice, zest, and herbs in a food processor. Pulse until just blended. Place in parchment paper or plastic wrap. Roll into a cylinder. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cut the salmon into two portions and grill or Bake salmon at 350° for about 20 minutes, check for some flakiness and firmness to determine if it's done.
- Cut the butter into ¼-inch circles.
- Place the salmon on plates and immediately top with the butter circles. Serve immediately.
