Andrews Mussels

Ingredients:
- 1 pound fresh or thawed mussels
- 4 oz. cream cheese
- 1/8 cup finely cut green onions
- 1/8 cup finely cut cilantro
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Microwave cream cheese for 30-45 secounds in small bowl until mixable.
- Mix in ingredients.
- Arrange mussels onto foil wrapped baking sheet and spoon a quarter-sized gob per mussel
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Let cool approx 5 minutes.
