Thai Style Classic Stir-Fry Sauce

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup mirin (Japanese rice wine)
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp white wine
  • 1 tbsp Thai fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions:

  • In a small bowl, stir the mirin and the cornstarch until the cornstarch is dissolved.
  • Whisk in the remaining ingredients.
  • Set aside until you are ready to use in your favorite stir-fry mixture.

Makes ¾ cup.
