Thai Style Classic Stir-Fry Sauce

Ingredients:
- ½ cup mirin (Japanese rice wine)
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp white wine
- 1 tbsp Thai fish sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 tsp sugar
Instructions:
- In a small bowl, stir the mirin and the cornstarch until the cornstarch is dissolved.
- Whisk in the remaining ingredients.
- Set aside until you are ready to use in your favorite stir-fry mixture.
Makes ¾ cup.
