Teriyaki Sauce

Ingredients:
- 2 cups Soy sauce
- 1 cup Sugar
- 3 Tablespoons Ginger, fresh, minced
- 2 teaspoons Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Bourbon (optional)
Instructions:
- Place all ingredients in a medium saucepan.
- Simmer for 30 minutes. Strain and allow to cool.
- Use immediately or refrigerate in an airtight container.
You can easily adjust the amount of soy sauce to your liking. Use this to make a variety of Oriental dishes calling for this sauce.
