Red Peppercorn Steak Marinade

Ingredients:
- 1 cup olive oil or walnut oil
- ½ cup sherry wine vinegar or ½ cup lemon juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 tbsp red peppercorns
- 1 tsp Italion seasoning
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
- Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl.
- Prepare your steak (or poultry) as needed and marinate for at least 6 hours.
- If grilling, double the recipe and set half aside for basting.
Works well with thicker cuts of steak, such as NY Strip.
