Chef Newman's Balsamic Reduction

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of Bariani California Balsamic Vinegar
  • ½ cup of Smucker's sugar free strawberry jam (option - Smucker's regular strawberry jam and ¼ cup of Johnny’s Jamaica Mistake)

Instructions:

  • Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan.
  • Simmer (not boil) on medium to medium high heat until the mixture reduces and coats the back of a spoon and you can run your finger through and the top does not run into your finger line.
  • Pour in to a squeeze bottle and serve or refrigerate.

Great on steak, chicken, or vegetables!
