Pasta Salad With Smoked Oysters

Ingredients:
- ½ pound Penne pasta
- ¼ cup White wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp Basil, fresh, chopped
- 3 tbsp Parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2/3 cup Olive oil
- 1 medium Zucchini, diced
- 1 medium Red bell pepper, seeded and diced
- 3 Green onions, sliced
- 2 cans Smoked oysters, drained
Instructions:
- Add the pasta to two quarts of boiling water. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
- Place the vinegar, basil, and parsley in the food processor bowl.
- With the processor running, slowly drizzle in the oil.
- Toss the dressing, pasta, and vegetables in a large bowl.
- Allow to set at least one hour before serving.
