Coconut Balls

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups raw grated coconut
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1 tsp cardamom powder
  • ½ condensed milk

Instructions:

  • Take the grated coconut and add one cup of brown sugar powder, mix well and heat in a non-stick pan until both coconut powder and brown sugar powder blends perfectly.
  • Remove the pan from the stove and to the dough add the cardamom powder and the condensed milk.
  • Mix the ingredients thoroughly and make 2-inch sized balls.
  • Serve along with ice cream.
