Chocolate Covered Strawberries

A good idea for a special treat for your Valentines!

Ingredients:

• 1 quart Strawberries, fresh
• 8 ounces Sweet chocolate
• 1 1/2 Tablespoons Grand Marnier (optional)

Instructions:

• Rinse the strawberries. Keep the stems on. Allow to dry.
• Melt the chocolate in a double boiler (a pan over a steaming pan of water).
• Whisk in the Grand Marnier if used.
• Dip each strawberry in the chocolate.
• Allow any excess chocolate to drip off.
• Place on a sheet of wax paper.
• Allow to cool before serving.
